- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase required

Exchange:
Available for different size, color, or style. Customer pays return shipping.

Refund:
Full refund to original payment within 5-7 business days after receiving return. Shipping costs non-refundable.

Non-returnable:
Sale items, customized dresses, worn items, items without tags.
